As he’s the man behind the making album of this album I (Haakon) needed to write this for him out of the much deserved love I have for him. Ryder as a producer is the kind of producer that pushes you to do what you should be doing, the change that happens when he gets behind the gear is an entire different personality. Over the two days we spent in upstate NY recording the drums and guitars he made the environment change how the music was played, from the very beginning I knew this album was going to be my favorite thing I’ve ever heard myself play on, the screaming matches and emotional turmoil that went into this album was exemplified by Ryder, he is a part of that emotion and will be forever placed in my heart and in the wav files of this recording. Analog warmth cannot replicate the warmth you’ll feel when listening to this, as I’m writing this in my school dining hall I am crying out of joy and love for my best friend Ryder. I love you so so so so much, the stars shine the brightest as you walk down east broadway. Love you okay.
